For your WIC appointment, Bring: Income information, Proof of Iowa Residency, Your children who need WIC, Medical information from your Doctor (if you have it)

WIC appointments are held in Chickasaw County at the Community Services Building 260 E Prospect in New Hampton the 3rd Wed of the month from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
